Logging into Circle
Look for an email with your invitation to Circle. The sender will be “no-reply@circle.so” and the subject will be “Paper Raven Books has added you to the Paper Raven Books community on Circle.” It’ll look something like this:
Click the teal button that says, “Accept the Invitation.”
If you don’t see this email, let us know, and we can re-send it to you.
Once you click “Accept the invitation,” you’ll be directed to a page that looks like this:
You’ll enter your name, the email address that the invitation was sent to, and the password you’d like to use.
If this is your first Circle account, it’ll take you to set up your profile in Circle, and it’ll look like this:
Add as much information as you feel comfortable—although we do recommend adding your time zone (so that events times show up in your time zone) and “show my profile in the member directory,” so we can help you network with other writers and authors.
Then, you’ll see our Paper Raven Books Circle homepage:
This may change over time, but you’ll see our Paper Raven Books resources there on the left-hand side.
If you tried to log in and received an error like this:
That may mean that you either signed up with Circle through Paper Raven Books to get access to our free resources. Or you may have signed up with Circle through another company that may host resources and community on Circle. You ‘ll want to click the link in the yellow box to “sign into your Circle account,” using that same email address that we sent the invitation to. You may remember your password that you already set up previously, or you may need to follow the “I forgot my password” instructions to have the password re-set link sent to your email address.
